I would love to have a grad transfer center as this team is very very undersized. I believe back to back years they were one of the smallest teams in all D1 basketball. Right now our only centers are two walk ons who I like but wouldn't want starting. Of course if I got confirmation that Horn prefers a 2 PF set over a true center than I will understand the current state of size.

Totally agree with you, Dan! I think the team desperately needs some size, and I think they know it, too whether they'd actually admit it or not.

That said, I don't know if your traditional "CENTER" is exactly what we need, or if we need size in general. I'd take an athletic, strong, shot blocking forward who can also bring something to the offensive end other than a back-down game. We'll see what the coaches end up doing, but I do know they are looking!
